Grethade

I started my gaming off 21 years ago experiencing Super Mario Bros. for the first time.  Since that time I have owned a Coleco, NES, SNES, Sega Genesis, DreamCast  Playstations, PS2, XBox, Xbox 360, GameCube, Wii, and of course PC.

Since the start I have enjoyed playing platformers and ventured into the world of adventures/rpgs. I remember in ’91 having this unique game called Final Fantasy.  Who knew the franchise would become what it was.

Fast-forward to 2011 when I realized I wanted to contribute to the gaming world.    By doing so, I have become a contributor for NewbCast Gaming, Zero1Gaming, starting a youtube channel and twitch.tv streaming.  Here’s hoping for the best!

The individual behind the Grethade character has a story all their own.  The person behind the name is a member of the Twin Cities LGBT community, because the individual is actually a Transsexual woman.  Despite her personal identity, the gaming persona that is known as Grethade is a male character partly on behavior and over-reacting moods and sound.  Despite this, the only time you really hear the voice of Grethade is while recording or announcing at upcoming NewbCast Gaming events.  When Grethade isn’t recording, don’t be surprised to know that the person behind the character sounds nothing the character.
