Zynga Getting Sued by EA/Maxis

On August 3, 2012 EA filed a lawsuit against Zynga over their facebook game, The Ville. Currently EA has a facebook game called The Sims Social where several similar attributes can be seen in the Zynga game, The Ville.

The Sims Social was launched back in August 2011. It allowed players to create Sims and interact with the Sims of their Facebook friends. It became very popular and still have the support of several people out there. The Ville was released in June 2012.
