Being pulled down by teammates – SC2

| June 13, 2012 | 3 Comments

As I am rising up higher and higher in the ladder ranks I have been seeing a lot of things that makes it very frustrating. The game play has gotten to be a mix of skill, luck, and teammates. Two particular games stick out to me because they were against really good players but because of the situation they lost the game.

In this first game, the player demonstrates his highly skilled ability to hot key and multitask. The unfortunate for him, was his allies lack of skills and the early rush. Our team dropped on his mineral line, making it very difficult for him to catch up. If they game was done again, his allies should’ve pooled their remaining minerals to help him.

This second game shows another highly skilled player named Buckaroo. He is very very good at micromanaging his marines. In fact, he’s so good that destroys our army several times. The reason we won was because we fast expanded and attacked his base while his army wasn’t present.

The key thing to take away from these games is that in a random game sometimes it comes luck. Both of these players were very skilled but because of the situation they lost and were very sore loosers too.

I remember this so vividly and yes this is buckaroo lol. I was so bad back then and I was only trolling cus I lost a bunch of games due to bad partners. I thought that I won but I didn’t know you had a secret base and those tanks crushed my army. Thanks for all the stuff you said about me though I really enjoyed the vid from the other teams perspective.

Hey thanks for leaving a comment. It was a fun game, like I said I definitely couldn’t beat head on and I knew it.
